Zoxrim is available as a native desktop application for Windows, a mobile app for Android, and an upcoming iOS release. This guide walks you through installation, account creation, and your first threat scan.
System Requirements
Before installing, ensure your system meets the minimum requirements:

Creating Your Account
On first launch, Zoxrim presents you with two options: Sign In or Create Account.
To create a new account:
- Click Create Account
- Enter your email address and choose a strong password
- Check your inbox for a verification email from
[email protected]— click the verification link - Return to Zoxrim and sign in with your new credentials

Running Your First URL Scan
The URL scanner is the most direct way to experience Zoxrim's threat intelligence.
- From the main dashboard, click the URL Scanner tab in the left sidebar
- Paste any URL into the input field — try a suspicious link you've received, or use
http://malware.testing.google.test/testing/malware/as a safe test URL that triggers detection - Click Scan or press Enter
- Watch the progress indicator as Zoxrim queries 15+ threat intelligence sources in parallel
- Review the result: the risk score (0–100), the detection breakdown by source, and the AI-generated explanation
A score below 20 is generally Safe. Scores between 20–60 indicate the URL is Suspicious and warrants caution. Above 60 indicates a Dangerous URL that should not be visited.
Setting Up the Email Monitor
To protect your inbox from phishing and malware:
- Navigate to Email Monitor in the left sidebar
- Click Connect Account
- Choose your email provider: Gmail, Outlook, or Custom IMAP
- For Gmail and Outlook, you'll be redirected to the provider's OAuth authorization page — grant the requested permissions (read-only access to incoming mail headers and metadata)
- For IMAP, enter your server address, port, username, and password
- Once connected, Zoxrim will begin scanning incoming emails automatically
New emails are analyzed within seconds of arrival. If a threat is detected, a desktop notification appears immediately, and the email is flagged in the Zoxrim dashboard.
